In the beginning you must configure the connection to the database server of Your online store. To do this, click on the menu "Servers" and choose register or, if already registered, the database server. Then, select the menu option "Main"/"MySql Connect" and set the connection settings. The correct connection settings can be checked by pressing "Test connection". In the export click on "Columns". The program connects to a database and gets a list of fields to export. If successful, the connection and the receive data will be populated in the controls program "Languages" and "Stores". In the drop-down list "Fields to export" choose the fields you want to export. Export selected fields to Microsoft Excel file .xls/.xlsx by pressing the button "Save Excel". If the table to select one or more rows, it will export only the selected rows.
In module import press the button "Load Excel". Choose Microsoft Excel file .xls/.xlsx and after confirmation the program loads data from the file in the bottom table. If successful, the file is loaded, the program automatically connects to the database and retrieves the list of fields to export. If successful, the connection and the receive data will be populated in the controls program "Languages" and "Stores". In the drop-down list "Fields to import" choose the fields you want to import. To successfully import data, you must select at least one key field, which are "(product)model" "(product)sku", "(product_description)name". There is no need to select in the table the values for all selected fields. Will be imported only those that are marked.
